Returns / Store Credit / Exchanges
RETURNS / STORE CREDIT / EXCHANGE POLICY:
Thank you for your purchase and we hope that you are happy with your item(s).
At Peek at Boutique, we take great pride in all of our products. To ensure that our customers are getting the absolute best quality items, kindly note that all items are thoroughly inspected and photographed prior to being shipped, to ensure that there are no damages and/or imperfections with our products. As such, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. We do however offer exchanges / store credit under the following circumstances (due to the fault of our Store):
- You received the wrong item, wrong color, or wrong size
- Item(s) deemed to be defective and/or damaged; but again, all items are thoroughly inspected and photographed prior to shipping
If for some reason there is an issue with one of our products and you would like to request an exchange / store credit, we ask that you please review the following procedure on how to submit a claim for an exchange / store credit:
EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT PROCEDURE:
Please send a detailed email to our Customer Service Dept. at returns@peekatboutique.com within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of your product(s). You must also include a photo of the item showing what the issue is along with your full name and order number. Once we review your email, someone will get back to you within ten (10) business days with our decision. In the event we deem your claim to be substantiated, kindly note the following:
If we agree to extend a store credit to you due to the fault of our store (i.e., wrong size, wrong color, wrong item sent or size chart error); we will provide you with a pre-paid return label via email to the email address on file. We require that you send back the item(s) in its original form all tags securely attached in the same fashion as when initially shipped. Items MUST be returned in protective packaging to avoid damage during shipping/handling. The package must be postmarked within ten (10) business days from receipt of our response to you. When returning the garment(s), the clothing must have the original tags securely attached in the same fashion as when we initially shipped the item(s), clothing cannot be worn, cleaned, washed, dry cleaned, stained, soiled, contain foul scents or any scents (i.e., perfumes, colognes, soaps), display any signs of being worn, have deodorant stains and/or altered in any way. Once we receive said items from you, kindly note that they will be thoroughly inspected; and if we determine they are damaged, worn, cleaned, dry cleaned, stained, soiled, contain foul scents, have deodorant stains and/or altered in any way, we will not issue a store credit or exchange; and you will be solely responsible for the cost of returning the items back to you. Kindly note that we are not responsible for any damages to the items while they are in transit to you or from you.
PROCEDURE FOR WHEN YOU (THE CUSTOMER) REQUEST AN EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT DUE TO THE FAULT OF YOUR OWN (i.e., you ordered the wrong size, color):
Please IMMEDIATELY send a detailed email to our Customer Service Dept. at returns@peekatboutique.com. You must include your full name and order number. Upon receipt of your email, we will try our best to correct your error prior to shipping; but in the event we cannot correct your error prior to shipping, you will be given instructions on how to return the item(s) (at your expense). Upon receipt of the item(s), we will thoroughly inspect them to ensure that they have the original tags securely attached in the same fashion as when we initially shipped the item(s), item(s) have not been worn, cleaned, washed, dry cleaned, stained, soiled, contain foul scents or any scents (i.e., perfumes, colognes, soaps), display any signs of being worn, have deodorant stains and/or altered in any way. If we determine they are damaged, worn, cleaned, dry cleaned, stained, soiled, contain foul scents, have deodorant stains and/or altered in any way, we will not issue a store credit or exchange; and you (the Customer) will be solely responsible for the cost of returning the items back to you and no store credit will be issued.
All roundtrip shipping fees will be the full responsibility of you (the Customer). The item(s) MUST be returned in protective packaging to avoid damage during shipping/handling. Kindly note that we are not responsible for any damages to the items while they are in transit to you or from you.
The following items will not be considered for store credit or exchange:
- Items Marked Final Sale, Shipping & Handling Fees, Jewelry, Earrings, Sunglasses, Swimwear, Bodysuits, Hats, Shoes, Lingerie, Built-in Undergarments, Undergarments, Shipping Fees, Items that have been worn, cleaned, washed, dry cleaned, stained, soiled, contain foul scents or any scents (i.e., perfumes, colognes, soaps), display any signs of being worn, have deodorant stains and/or altered in any way
