We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the U.S. and aboard. Once your payment is verified and processed, it can take 3-4 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays.  Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

International Shipping Rates & Delivery Time:

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express. We offer worldwide shipping to more than 50 countries and territories.

  • International Delivery Transit Time: Determined by DHL and whichever type of service you (“Customer”) selects.  All delivery rates, costs and times are subject to change.
  • Cost: International shipping rates vary depending on location and weight of the package. At check-out your total shipping cost will be calculated depending upon the weight of your shopping bag. 

All prices on our site are in U.S. dollars and charged in U.S. dollars. We do not provide currency conversion and your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order.  All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

Please note that all estimated shipping times are assessed after your order has been shipped.  

Please carefully check your address before completing your purchase.  If for any reason your item is not deliverable and is returned to the store, you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price of the items (minus the shipping fee).  In the event that you request your order to be reshipped, you will be recharged the appropriate shipping rate.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx (any/all Carriers) or any shipping provider that is used, has marked your package as delivered.  By completing a purchase with us, you are agreeing to our entire shipping and delivery policy.
